Q：How long does it take to fully charge the bracelet?

It takes one and half hours to fully charge it, and actual capacity will flash and be displayed after 30 seconds charging.

Q：What's the farthest valid distance of the Bluetooth?

About 7-8 indoor, 10m in wide-open area.

Q：Where is the button? What does the screen display?

It's a rhombus touch-key button beside the screen. It displays time, steps, calories, distance, notifications.Hold pressing the button for about 3 seconds, it turns into temporary mode. Do this again to turn it back to normal mode.

Q：Is it real that it indicates 100% capacity after charged for half an hour?

It takes about one hour to fully charge via standard USB port ( 5v / 350ma); it will display actual capacity when is disconnected with power source.

Q：Why bracelet vibrates when move away a certain distance from smartphone?

Smartband have set anti-lost feature

, If distance is too far〈About 10m〉,It will vibrate continuously, Remind your bracelet and mobile phone too far away.

Q：How many days the bracelet can be stored of fitness data ?

About seven days.

Please open IHP PLUS APP,point bracelet icon.Link into the picture,choose your own bracelet models.Now you can use.

Q：How the push notification service on and off?

Please click the menu icon in the upper left,click the Settings button,move the bottom of the screen,you can edit.

Q：Why do the notifications delay?

After a successful connection,it will first data synchronization.Maybe it takes a few seconds or minutes,In the meanwhile,notification may be delayed.

Q：How long does synchronizing time of APP and bracelet?

The first synchronization, you need to seven days the amount of data, so the time required for about 2 minutes.

Q：Do you need a Bluetooth pairing in the system do?？

Never enter the system for pairing. First time use, you can need System for pairing by APP.

Q：Why is bluetooth signal instability intermittently？(For Android)

If you accidentally bracelet manual pairing, please enter the Bluetooth system to pair the screen, after pairing lifted, reopen APP to pair.

Q：Why not see sleep recording data？

APP and bracelet are default synchronization to one time a day, no synchronization data could not see before, we recommend that you manually click the sync button

on the top right.
